The Challenge
In a highly competitive healthcare hiring market, Northeast Georgia Health System needed to reimagine its Careers website to better communicate its Employee Value Proposition while remaining tightly aligned to existing brand standards. The project required a fast, agile design process, a deliberately limited component set to support the full microsite, and close coordination with creative, media, and advertising teams—delivering a high-impact, modern experience without sacrificing usability, accessibility, or brand consistency.
The Approach
Conduct research and analysis to define a clear structure that balanced storytelling with job-seeking functionality.
Explore and refine multiple visual directions to modernize the UI while maintaining brand cohesion, establishing a bold yet compliant design direction with a “wow” factor.
Design and document a scalable, accessibility-minded component system and interactive prototypes through an iterative process, collaborating closely with creative, media, and advertising partners.
The Results
A visually striking, user-friendly Careers website that differentiated NGHS in a crowded hiring landscape while reinforcing its employer brand.
The redesigned experience combined modern UX patterns with bold, brand-aligned visuals and a flexible design system, providing a strong foundation for future updates and evolving recruitment needs.
